Refund and Returns Policy

We are more than happy to accept a return on your item please read through the return terms and details below for clear instructions on how to return your part too us:

  • Our returns Period is within 30 days of you receiving the item. Goods must be in the same new and unused condition as they were when they were sent out by us. Kit items must include all fittings. Items must be in new as provided condition, fitting marks or damaged will not be accepted. We cannot accept Electronic items that have been opened and fitted. We cannot accept items that have had liquids passed through them. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging where provided.

 

  • Please make sure items are packed to avoid damage in the return post. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for items damaged during the returns process so please take extreme care to pack well- think what would happen to my item if it was dropped from head height.

 

  • Please use our returns Address is below. We recommend returns are sent Via Reordered/ Signed for Delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you if your item is lost in the post, so please use a signed for service. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be well packed to the same standard as they were originally shipped out to avoid being damaged in the return process.

 

  • Please fill in the attached form below and include it in the returned packaging . This is VERY important as without this we cannot identify you to the return and therefore process your refund.

Refunds will be made once we have received the item. Once we have checked the goods as per the return’s terms stated above

  • Refunds will be made asap after the item has returned to us but please bear in mind sometimes refunds can take a day or more to appear in your account. Our payment gateway provider recommends allowing up to 10 days for refunds to appear in your account after they have been issued.
