How quickly do you send out orders?
Being a UK based company with our own warehouse we can dispatch orders very efficiently.
We offer a one working day dispatch time on most products. We have a selection of postage options at checkout so take your pick, whilst faster postage options ensure a quicker delivery time this does not change the 1 working day dispatch time.
As of 2023 we are currently dispatching 98.82% of our orders within this time frame or before (this figure includes payment and address provided errors). We do not drop ship orders from other suppliers so what you see is what we have. In the case of any issues, we will contact you directly.
What time is the order cut off period?

Can I come and collect a part?
I’m afraid we cannot facilitate collections or visits at this current time. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
How quickly will you process my return? Will I need to chase you up?
Refunds will be made once we have received the item back in our warehouse. We process refunds on Tuesdays and Fridays, please bear in mind sometimes refunds can take a day or more to appear in your account depending on your payment issuer.
So here’s an example – If you can see from the tracking number your returned order arrived with us Monday morning, we will process the refund on Tuesday and your money should be back with you by Wednesday.
